Tokola Properties was founded on the principal that quality design and construction coupled with long term ownership and professional property management creates the greatest value for residents, employees, investors and the community. Tokola Properties is a vertically integrated organization which has acted as developer, prime contractor and property manager in the creation and operation of a diversified portfolio of multifamily housing. To date, we have completed 1,815 units of housing in 18 developments with projects ranging in size from 18 to 323 units. Current plans include a high density, mixed use development located in Historic Downtown Gresham and known as Third Central.

We're creative in identifying development opportunities and skilled in directing projects through design development and permitting. We're also knowledgeable in all phases of construction and project management and our record of rapid project lease-ups reflects our property management and marketing skills.

Market rate transactions have been our focus and we have developed a strong track record with both construction and permanent lenders. We're experienced in dealing with the complexities of arranging and managing construction financing and in positioning permanent financing for successful long term investment.

Tokola Properties has directed the formation and operation of multiple Limited Liability Companies (LLC's) each with a mix of experienced real estate investors. The majority of investors have participated in multiple ventures and the number of individual investors has continued to grow. Tokola Properties has also participated in joint venture transactions typically acting as prime contractor and project manager.
